Im Justin Badeaux, founder of Blue Otter Solutions. I bring more than two decades of hands on experience in pool service, repair, and equipment installation across residential and commercial environments throughout San Diego County.

Earlier in my career, I spent many years supporting and leading service operations within the largest pool service and retail organization in the United States. That work exposed me to a wide range of pool systems, equipment configurations, and real world failures across multiple markets and use cases.

Blue Otter Solutions was built on a simple belief: diagnose the system correctly before recommending a solution. Every service call begins with understanding how the entire pool system is operating before any repair or upgrade is proposed. This approach reduces unnecessary replacements and ensures recommendations are based on performance, not guesswork.

I work with both residential and commercial clients throughout San Diego County, specializing in pumps, filtration systems, heaters, automation, chemical control, and hydraulic systems. My focus is accuracy, safety, and long term reliability rather than quick fixes or upselling.
